01Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Innatraea LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we” or “us”). They cover innatraea.com, the installable Innatraea app, the rewards program, The Dreaming Tree newsletter and the Innatraea Discord. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

02Who can join

Anyone may read the site. To create an account, join The Dreaming Tree or take part in the Discord, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian’s permission and read these terms together.

03Your account

One account per person, please. You sign in with codes sent to your email, so keep your email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Choose a display name that isn’t offensive and doesn’t pretend to be someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

04Leaves and rewards

Innatraeans earn Leaves for exploring: reading the stories, visiting the places Tavid has written about, following The Dreaming Tree and more. Leaves can be spent in the Library of Asherah, open to every Innatraean, and in The Vault, which is for Grovekeepers.

• Leaves have no cash value. They can’t be bought, sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money. They are not property, and you don’t own them.
• Draws are free to enter. Some offers are draws, where the piece you receive is chosen at random with the odds shown. Because Leaves can’t be bought, no money is ever involved.
• Earn them honestly. Leaves gained through mistakes, bots, scripts, extra accounts or other tricks may be removed, along with anything claimed with them.
• The program can change. We may change how Leaves are earned, what things cost, ranks, badges and offers, or end the program. We will give notice in The Dreaming Tree whenever we reasonably can.
• Rewards are for you. Art, stories and other files you claim are yours to keep and enjoy personally. Claiming one doesn’t transfer its copyright, and it may not be resold or shared publicly.

05Our stories and art

The books, seasonal stories, maps, art, characters, names and writing of Innatraea belong to Innatraea LLC and are protected by copyright. The Tree and the Innatraea wordmark are Innatraea LLC’s trademarks.

Free stories, previews and downloads are for your personal reading. Please don’t repost, sell or redistribute them, and don’t use them to train AI models. Linking to our pages is always welcome. For anything else, ask us first.

06What you share

Your display name, profile picture, letters and anything else you post remain yours. By posting them, you give us permission to store and show them where you put them, for as long as they stay there.

Only share what’s yours to share. Nothing unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that pretends to be someone else, and nothing that belongs to another person without their permission. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

07The Innatraea Discord

The Innatraea Discord follows Discord’s own terms and our server rules. Asherah, our bot, awards levels and roles there. Breaking the server rules can cost you roles, Leaves or your place in the server.

08Asherah Trees

Asherah Trees are digital collectibles on the Stellar network. Holding them earns Grovekeeper roles and access to The Vault, and that access follows the Trees as they are bought, sold or moved.

• Only add wallets that belong to you.
• We don’t control the Stellar network or your wallet, and we can’t recover lost keys or reverse transfers.
• Asherah Trees are collectibles, not investments. We make no promise about their value or that they can be resold.

09Mira Vox

Mira Vox, who answers letters on the Community Message Board, is an AI. Her replies are her own creative responses. They are not professional advice, and they are posted publicly.

10Purchases

Books bought through Amazon or other stores are sold under those stores’ own terms. When the Innatraea shop opens, orders placed there will follow the shop policy posted alongside it.

11Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep everything running well, but the site, the app and the rewards program are provided “as is” and “as available.” We can’t promise they will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Innatraea LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, its Leaves and unclaimed rewards end with it.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14Changes and contact

When we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and note significant changes in The Dreaming Tree before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the updated terms.
